- Responsible to develop training program for any kind of sports

- Monitor athletes' training progress everyday & provide feedback to athletes daily

- Manage & analyse athletes' daily training using sports science approach

- Develop strategies to conduct athletes' training, sports communities, as well as other activities

- Provide knowledge about sports to athletes & all sports enthusiasts based on scientific evidence

- Support all PT Amerta Indah Otsuka's other marketing activities

- Willingness to learn new knowledge

- Good understanding of the English language

- Confident, punctual & good working attitude

- Good public speaking skills

- Commited working schedule
