Activities :
- Collaborate with all business leaders to develop, implement, and evaluate annual and mid-year performance evaluation processes
- Leads the implementation of all talent, leadership and team planning processes, policies and procedures in the organization, which includes but is not limited to: succession planning, leadership selection and assessment, and leadership development readiness plan
- Leading the cultural development of the organization to ensure demonstrable values of inclusivity, responsiveness, and innovation
- Provides Organizational Development Consultancy, making recommendations on structure to help maximize performance and efficiency
- Leading People Operations Team to deliver excellence payroll and administration services
- Develop and Implement Rewards Strategy to attract and retain top talents to achieve the business needs
